Yet again the service in Gillams shop today has been absolutely fantastic. In particular Mike, who is the very best person I have ever met in retail. First class service and couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Definitely goes above and beyond in customer service and it is much appreciated.
This is the best vehicle repair shop I've been to. Gillams has become my favourite place to take my car to be fixed/modified. The work they do is excellent, never had an issue in my 5+ visits there. They are always right on the ball to let you know if circumstances have changed or to get your buy in that they need to make amendments to repairs or modification. Their customer service is also stellar, I've never met a more friendly group of people - especially Mike! Always going above and beyond to help customers find solutions. Prices also seem lower than most other places I've been to. They always try to put the customers best interests at heart and if they think work is not worth carrying out - they will be absolutely honest and let you know before continuing. Most of the reviews for this place are 5 stars and once you go there, you'll understand why. Great work Gillams!
